Schaut Orel Mangala in den Spiegel, wird er an den Tag erinnert, an dem er hätte sterben können. Der belgische Nationalspieler war zwei, als sich in Etterbeek, einem Stadtteil Brüssels, der tragische Vorfall ereignete. Er wollte gerade eine Strasse überqueren, um seinen Ball zurückzuholen, da brauste ein Auto heran. Mangala lag zwei Tage lang im künstlichen Koma.
